Breakfast for Champions


Nutrition is an important thing when your a cyclists who wants to see consistent progress. Oatmeal is a great alternative from the usual pancakes, cereal, or eggs that are usually consumed in the morning. Few reasons are that Oatmeal contains a good source of fiber giving you the feeling of being full for a long time. The whole grain also regulates your blood pressure since it contains a sufficient amount of iron, magnesium and B vitamins. Ways to make Oatmeal interesting is choosing a type of milk, Some can use whole mile others might choose almond, like myself. Other things you can add are cinnamon, bananas, blue or red berries, even sliced apples would make your oatmeal taste delicious.

The Oatmeal on the picture contains
-almond milk
-whole grain oats
-coconut oil
-peanut butter

Like I said this is a Breakfast for champions, so eat up, and hit the road.

  1. Try protein oatmeal pancakes.
    1 serving of oatmeal
    4 egg whites

    stir above ingredients together in bowl. Add cinnamon or banana if you wish

    then cook on stove top like pancakes.

    I been on eggs and oatmeal for a while now so its nice to add a bit of change to the mix.
